I've been going to 7 Leaves for nearly two years now, and I genuinely drive out of my way every single day just to stop by--that's how good they are. Not only are the drinks consistently delicious (no matter who's making them or what day I go), but the staff is truly what sets this place apart. Every visit feels personal. The team always greets me with a smile, and they go out of their way to make me feel seen and appreciated. A few days ago, I placed a quick mobile order and didn't even think twice about it. Minutes later, I got a call from 7 Leaves--they noticed I usually get oat milk in my drink and wanted to confirm if I meant to choose regular milk this time. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care? Rare. That's real customer service!

Steep Thoughts: Florence's Quest for (Her) Perfect Black Milk Tea Black milk tea: 1.5/2. I almost always get the Assam Milk Tea, easy ice, easy sweet. The drink has a roasted, malty, almost chocolate-y taste with a very creamy mouthfeel and is not at all bitter. The flavor of each drink is also very consistent between locations. If you generally like less sweet drinks, though, 7 Leaves drinks will likely be too sweet. Other drinks: 0.5/1. My mom and husband like the Mung Bean Milk Tea, although it definitely needs to be easy sweet. My friends love the coffee drinks, especially the House Coffee and its seasonal variations. Drinks tend to be consistent in flavor between locations, but all drinks can verge on too sweet. Ambiance: 0.5/1. This location is definitely more of a grab-and-go place. No seating inside. There is an open refrigerator to the right of the entrance that is designed for mobile order pickup, as well as a single bathroom in the back right corner. Service: 1/1. Order at the counter inside or online using their app. There is a reward system that allows you to get a free drink for every 12 or so drinks you order. Drinks are made pretty quickly. Total: 3.5/5
location: same plaza as taiko and sunmerry bakery service: employees are always nice! parking: the plaza gets pretty busy but it hasn't been an issue finding parking wait: there's usually a line during peak times but I highly recommend ordering pick-up through the app to save time what we ordered: house coffee is my favorite! their strong coffee balances the sweetness. I love that you can add additional espresso shots for free.
Highly recommend the coffee drinks here if you need to stay up late! They can add up to 6 shots for free, or if you want your drink less sweet. I got the house coffee with 1 extra shot, and thought it was the perfect amount of sweetness and foam/cream on top. The cashier was also friendly and patient when explaining the differences in their drinks :)
You can never go wrong with 7 Leaves! Their drinks are as consistent as they come. This location on Jeffrey is in a pretty busy plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, this one has no seating so it definitely is more of a grab and go spot. You can place orders online and grab it at the pick up shelf they have or order inside with a staff member. For this review's boba run, I got a spread of the Assam Milk Tea, Oolong Milk Tea, Mung Bean Milk Tea, and the Tea Rex! I would definitely recommend checking out some of their secret menu items! All of the staff here are very friendly and efficient. After I ordered, my drinks came out in less than 10 minutes.
Love stopping by for their mung bean milk tea! Great to order on the app and pick up. This is a rather small location so dont expect to come and hang out to enjoy your drink. It's definitely more of a pick up and go. I will say, I feel like every time i come to this location it's always so warm inside. Either the AC is broken or the airflow isn't great.. It makes me feel bad for the workers.
